Stained Glass Anchorage - Erin Rose Stained Glass Artist

Light fascinates me.  In  Alaska we have endless summer sunlight and near total winter darkness - which brings an awareness and appreciation of light and its link to survival.  Stained glass, even more than painting or bead work, is an art form where light is the key interactive component.  One of my favorite quotes is: "The light shines in the darkness and the darkness can never overcome it!"  I named my art studio "The Greater Light" because the power of light is the transformative power of life itself.  I seek to infuse the blessing, warmth, and power of creative light into my stained glass work.
